Business Development Admin

A Business Development Admin plays a crucial role in supporting the business development efforts of an organization. The job scope can vary depending on the specific industry and company, but here are some common responsibilities associated with this role:
Proposal and Presentation Preparation:

- Assisting in the creation and preparation of business proposals, presentations, and sales collateral.
- Collaborating with internal teams to gather necessary information for proposals and presentations.
- Formatting and editing documents to ensure a professional and cohesive presentation.

Sales Support:

- Assisting BD team of new joined owner for register internet installation, update owner details.
- Prepare termination handover agreement, ID inventory list for operation to do handover unit process.

Administrative Tasks:

- Maintaining and updating all relevant to the sales databases.
- Managing calendars and scheduling meetings.
- Replenish office supplies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborating with various internal departments, such as marketing, operations, and finance, to support business development initiatives.
- Assisting in the coordination of cross-functional projects and initiatives.

Providing support to the business development team in achieving their goals and targets.

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
