We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Admin Intern, so if you’re hungry to learn, and have a passion in Marketing, sales and administrative industry - we want you At ELFO, you’ll be treated as a full member of the team and get hands-on experience working with our growing team. **Elfo sdn bhd** is a subsidiary company for **Forest Interactive Sdn Bhd**.
- Support the account managers with client management.
- Keep track of clients’ records and update the sales team.
- Support the sales team by identifying new business opportunities.
- Work with clients on testimonials in a form of video and article.
- Contact clients to obtain missing information.
- Provide support to the whole Digital Sales team on various client related duties
- Work closely with Digital Marketing team on client briefs and internal proposal updates
- Making sure that project timelines are adhere both for external (clients) and internal (DM team).

**Job Requirements**:

- Undergraduate students majoring in Business, Sales, Marketing, Advertising, Management, Administrative or a related field.
- Positive, professional and outgoing personality with the ability to work both in a team environment and directly with clients.
- Enthusiasm and desire to learn and be successful in business development and sales.
- Self-starter that is punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Highly organized, persuasive and good with numbers.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Comfortable, confident in talking and dealing with clients.
- Strong ability to be flexible and multi-task.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, social media tools (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+) is a plus
- Applicant must be related to the University or doing the Internship programme as a part of University requirement.
- Duration of 3 months or 6 months.
- CGPA: 3.0 and above

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

**Salary**: RM800.00 per month
