BookMyShow SEA is a regional ticketing start up, selling events, movies, attractions and more. We empower event organisers and venue owners by giving them the right tools that they need to successfully manage their ticketing from the internet to the door.
Our team in the Client Services team, is a multi-disciplinary team working together in ensuring that all inventories of products and services that can be sold through various sales channels platforms, to client servicing to ensure the smooth administration of ticket inventories and optimise sales for our inventory owners.
What you’ll do:
- Maintain, develop and growth of new and existing business relations.
- Liaison on all details of events.
- Drive and ensure that all events information are accurately and timely disseminated to all the channels/departments and be ready for sale.
- Seat Management system.
- Collaborate with business teams to better understand the clients needs and synthesise your findings into actionable details and success of events.
We’re looking for someone who has/ Is:
- A get-things-done attitude.
- Strong written and communication skills to articulate and discuss ideas effectively on their merits.
- Comfortable with giving suggestions and decision making in the face of ambiguity.
- Passionate about creative problem solving in a multicultural environment.
- Team player with good interpersonal and negotiation skills, effective crisis and time management.
- A passion for the Arts & Entertainment would be an added advantage.
This role would be a good fit if you have:
- At least 1 year of Events and related fields experience.
- Diploma or Degree in any related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Worked in a start-up would be an added advantage.
