**Job Summary**:
As the Store Supervisor of our artisanal sourdough bakery, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for training and managing our staff, overseeing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct daily on-the-job training for all store staff (full time and part-time) on product knowledge, customer service, and operational procedures
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and restocking of products, ensuring product quality, and maintaining proper storage and rotation procedures
- Oversee retail and merchandising products, ensuring that displays are attractive and meet our high standards for quality
- Participate in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers are greeted, served promptly, and have a positive experience in our store
- Maintain a clean and organized store, ensuring that all areas are well-maintained and meet our high standards for cleanliness and safety
- Assist the Store Manager with administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and other team members to develop and implement store policies and procedures that support our goals for operational efficiency and exceptional customer service
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor and track store performance metrics and make recommendations for improvements as needed

**; Requirements: - Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a retail or food service management role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, staff, and management
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed
