JOB SCOPE:

- Manage the accommodation for students, resolve the problems and recorded on files
- Support and manage the student organizations and clubs, plan and organize all career and employment activities
- Develop and provide social and cultural programmes to engage students
- Assist, monitor and support Student Representative Council team and try to solve the issues highlighted
- Handling student welfare and health
- Responsible for student work placement and internship
- Create and update database with potential employer information for work placement
- Maintain ongoing contact with potential employers and seeking their active involvement with our placement programmes
- Organize and coordinates student orientation activities
- Assist the Marketing and Recruitment Team attending open days and education fairs
- To assist in the promotional and marketing events college
- Responsible for PTPTN Application and Existing Loan Disbursement
- Responsible in handling submission PTPTN including documentation of PTPTN
- Updating of students loan details into existing database of students file and records
- Conduct and handling explanation of loan matters and documents to students and preparation PTPTN loan agreements
- Organize, coordinate and conduct new students orientation and student inductions
- Work with academic, admission and finance team regarding advising and registration of students.
- To plan, develop, organize student-related programmes and events
- To assist in student’s clubs and societies matters / events
- To assist students in student-familiarization programme, facilitating new students’ needs and student’s integration into the college’s environment
- To assist in ad hoc matters as and when required by the management

REQUIREMENTS:

- Min Diploma / Degree
- At least 1 year of experience in education industry
- Good communication written and spoken communication skills (English & Bahasa Melayu)
- Good in problem solving and time management

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Setapak: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
