Temporary Technical Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Perform preventive maintenance for retail automation systems and electronic payment systems for Strateq's clients.
- Assist in system deployment, including installation, dismantling, software/hardware upgrades, system patching, system staging, site and system survey, and system equipment validation and preparation.
- Unpack, pack, and maintain stock of equipment, ensuring accurate inventory records.
- Complete checklists and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) forms obtained from the end-user.
- File and submit sign-off documents after task completion.
- Collaborate with the team on any other duties assigned by management as and when required.
**Requirements**:
- Ability to lift heavy objects (10-15 kgs) and stand for extended periods during duty periods.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing working schedules.
- Ability to work long hours as needed.
- Willingness to travel outstation, based on project requirements.
- Possess a strong teamwork spirit, positive attitude, and good discipline.
**Note**: This is a temporary position, and the duration of employment will be communicated at the time of hiring.
**Job Types**: Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
