Job description

**Principal Responsibilities**
- To administer compensation and benefits policies and procedures in collaboration with company policy to attract, retain staff and as motivation tool.
- To ensure payroll is accurate and payment made on time.
- Maintain and up keep the HRIS.
- To ensure in day-to-day operations of payroll administration functions and duties.
- Review and confirm the accuracy of payroll, time and leave management data in HRIS (Human Resource Management) system. Ensure appropriate internal controls, approval and validation checks are in place for the payroll data processes.
- Support internal and external audits, ensure deadlines are met and request in responded in timely and accurate response.
- Point of contact for employees on payroll administration and queries.
- Coordinate and perform troubleshooting and investigation of finger print gadget and payroll systems and making appropriate corrective actions.
- Initiative and promote continual process improvements and implement best practice.
- Ensure policies and procedures are flawlessly administrated and new policies adequately documented and communicated to all departments.
- Ensure complies with federal and state legal requirements. Enforcing adherence to requirements, obtaining opinions, advising management on needed action.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant employment-related legislations, Human Resource policies and good practices in order to minimize business risk and promote industrial harmony.
- Upkeep the housekeeping to ensure cleanliness and safety at workplace.
- To perform any other related tasks as Superior assigned from time to time.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
