Junior Executive, Legal Clerk

**Responsibilities**:
- Handle sale and purchase agreements (including developer projects and sub-sale);
- Handle all loan documentation for end-financing;
- Handle all other conveyancing matters such as tenancy agreements, perfection of transfer and charge, discharge of charge/receipt and reassignment, and etc;
- Provide support to the litigation and corporate department as needed;
- Liaise with clients, banks and relevant authorities in government departments;
- Monitor the progress of clients' files, to maintain and update file status on our operation system;
- To administer files and maintain correspondences and documents in proper filing system; and
- To assist in general administrative and clerical job assigned by the superior.
**Requirements**:
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin dialect is an advantage.
