Prepare and maintain maintenance reports, including tracking tasks and issues.
- Develop and maintain tracking reports for maintenance activities, such as equipment servicing schedules.
- Coordinate workshops and training sessions for maintenance staff and provide administrative support.
- Maintain organized documentation related to maintenance activities and act as a liaison between departments.
- Assist in implementing quality assurance processes within the maintenance department.

**Job Requirements**
- SPM, Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative coordination, preferably in maintenance.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- **Must be willing to work in Gelang Patah.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
