**Position: Administrative Clerk**
**Location: Gelang Patah, Johor Bahru.**
**Type: Full-Time**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in maintaining and organizing company records, documents, and files.
- Data entry and management using various software and tools.
- Support the team with general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and communication.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in administration is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.

**Languages**:Proficiency in Malay, English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required for effective communication with internal team members and external partners.

- 能够独立工作,并能在团队中发挥作用。
- 在行政角色方面的经验是一个优势,但不是必需的。
