Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:
**1. Strategy Development and Execution**:

- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

**2. Paid and Organic Campaigns**:

- Create and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Develop and implement organic growth strategies, including content marketing, social media management, and influencer partnerships.

**3. Social Media Management**:

- Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to refine strategies and improve results.

**4. Content Creation and Management**:

- Design and optimize landing pages and sales funnels using tools like ClickFunnels, Unbounce, or similar platforms.

**5. Analytics and Reporting**:

- Monitor and analyze website traffic and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other relevant platforms.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics, campaign performance, and actionable insights to stakeholders.

**6. Market Research and Trend Analysis**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in our marketing efforts.

**7. Client Communication and Collaboration**:

- Communicate with clients to understand their goals, provide updates, and present campaign results.
- Work closely with the web development, graphic design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.

**8. Team Leadership and Development**:

- Mentor and guide junior marketing team members, providing support and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Lead by example, demonstrating creativity, initiative, and a results-driven mindset.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management tools.
- **Design Skills**: Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite; video editing skills using software like CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and strategies.
