We're Hiring **Clinical IT Specialist | Remote + Traveling required** | Kuala Lumpur (Remote) | Job Type: Permanent, Full-time | Salary: RM 3,000 + traveling allowance + on call allowance

**About the employer**

The Employer is an IT Solution provider for the healthcare and medical industry
- The role will be working from home remotely but would need to travel to visit client's site on request for some support issue if needed
- RM 3,000 Basic + RM 640 traveling allowance + Rm 260 on call allowance Mileage claim

**Responsibility**
- Provide technical support and training to laboratory staff and users on how to use the laboratory information systems effectively and efficiently.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand their IT needs and provide technical solutions.
- Ensure the secure and efficient flow of patient data, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
- Participate in the workflow study and provide solutions to healthcare professionals to integrate and optimise laboratory operations.
- Maintain documentation and records related to LIS system and user support.

**Requirement**
- A diploma or bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, biomedical engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in working with laboratory information systems (LIS) or in the healthcare sector.
- Knowledge of the Malaysian healthcare system and regulations, as well as the standards and best practices for laboratory operations and data management.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, Java, C#, or VB.NET, as well as web development tools such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or PHP will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations and work flexible hours as needed.
