QAqc Officer

Part of the QC team - In charge of online/in-process quality control - Checks and ensures that production complies with all product specifications during the manufacturing process - Ensure that the status of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products are properly recorded - Compiles and records production data for the industrial establishment to prepare records and reports on volume of production, consumption of raw material, quality control, and other aspects of production - Calculates factors, such as types and quantities of items produced, materials used, amount of wastage, frequency of defects, and department production rates, using adding machine or calculator - Maintains files of documents used and prepared. - Performs various production control activities including gathering and filing records, reporting on the use of materials, monitoring work orders, posting the master job production schedules, and calculating production rates.
