Clerk of Work

Job Description:
1. To implement all policies, activities, procedures as relevant and required by the property development system.
2. Assisting the Mechanical & Electrical consultant on all technical matters.
3. Carry out value engineering works where possible.
4. To supervise, monitor, coordinate and control all daily construction works at the project site and adhere to document control procedure.
5. To maintain good house-keeping and implement safety and health practices.
6. To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures method statements, etc.
7. Monitor progress and highlight critical
8. To carry out inspection and test as per Inspection and Test Plans and use all quality control mechanisms in the quality management system. Results of such to conform to specifications.
9. To prepare and update daily report of project, verify progress report and attending site meeting. To witness material testing, site valuation, joint measurement and setting out.
10. To check all construction drawings and specification. Report to Project Manager/ General Manager if any discrepancy detected.
11. To liaise with contractors and CSPM dept for the defect rectification work during the Defect Liabilities Period.
12. To carry out handling over of Vacant Possession to purchaser.
13. To assist Project Manager/General Manager in all daily project implementation matters in the area of cost, quality and time.
14. To perform any other duty & responsibility which the company may assign from time to time.
Requirements:
1. At least 3 years working experience in supervision of Mechanical & Electrical works in property development.
2. Certificate / Diploma / Degree in M&E or equivalent.
