1. To provide first level technical support and IT related training to the end user.

3. Liaise with the tenant and vendor to perform tenant POS integration with the Management server.

4. Maintaining day-to-day operation of IT Department and take up additional assignments given by the Management from time to time.

5. Ensure IT policies and setup are in compliance with the Management's requirement.

6. Keep track of all changes performed on the system and network to avoid any issues.

7. To ensure all IT related facilities are in function to support all the Mall's daily operations.

9. Build strong internal and external working relationships with all the departments and vendors and assist in all IT related issue in daily operations.

**REQUIREMENT**:
(II) At least 2 - 3 year(s) of working experience in similar capacity.

(III) Good interpersonal and documentation skills.

(IV) Positive working attitude and able to work independently.
