- Required skills/knowledge: Windows, Networking, VPN, PC Desktop and Servers.
- Able to analyze and collect Data.
- No experience, No problem. Get trained by our veteran industry experts.
- Extensive knowledge with various Network Monitoring System will be added advantage.

- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

**IT Support Job Scope**:

- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printer and scanners.
- Lead day-to-day efforts such as implementing production changes and providing to resolution to production arises.
- Responsible for the implementation and continual maintenance of the company’s IT systems.
- Maintain documentation on IT inventory, procedures, policies, communications and enforcement of policies.
- Work closely with manager to ensure timely delivery of ongoing problems, projects and other outstanding task.
- Communicates with Sales, Productions, and other internal groups as necessary to validate data, identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Function as initial point of contact on day-to-day operational, process and performance items.
- Coordinate/Participate in IT projects including design and deployment of new IT system

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

- IT support: 1 year (preferred)
