A Corporate Planning & Strategy role is a crucial position within an organization responsible for shaping the company's overall direction and long-term success.

**Strategic Planning**:

- Develop and implement the corporate strategy in alignment with the organization's mission, vision, and goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Work with leadership to define and prioritize strategic initiatives.

**Business Analysis**:

- Evaluate the company's internal strengths and weaknesses to identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze industry and market trends to anticipate potential challenges and opportunities.
- Conduct financial analysis to assess the impact of strategic decisions.

**Risk Management**:

- Identify and assess risks associated with strategic initiatives.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure risk awareness and compliance.

**Communication and Presentation**:

- Communicate the corporate strategy to internal and external stakeholders.
- Create presentations and reports to update leadership on strategic initiatives and progress.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment and understanding of strategic goals.

**Performance Monitoring and KPIs**:

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the performance of the organization against established KPIs.
- Recommend adjustments to strategies based on performance data.

**Collaboration and Leadership**:

- Work closely with executives and department heads to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of strategic initiatives.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

**Regulatory Compliance**:

- Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations affecting the industry.
- Ensure that strategic plans and initiatives comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

**Scenario Planning**:

- Anticipate potential scenarios that may impact the organization's strategic goals.
- Develop contingency plans to address various possible outcomes.

Qualifications for a Corporate Planning & Strategy role typically include a combination of a relevant degree (business, finance, or related field), extensive business experience, and strong analytical and leadership skills.

Excellent communication skills are crucial for effectively conveying strategic plans and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

Additionally, experience in strategic planning, financial analysis, and project management is highly beneficial for success in this role.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM1,960.89 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
