**Primary Objective**:

- To assist the Team Leader and Seniors in the origination and execution of mandates.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Origination**

Carrying out the following tasks as a Team Member:

- Preparing pitch material for deals & mandates.
- Preparing presentations to prospective clients.
- **Execution**

Assisting the Team Leader and Seniors in carrying out the following tasks:

- Performing credit risk & financial analysis
- Assessing viability and bankability of deals
- Building cash flow models & running simulations & sensitivity analysis
- Structuring financing proposal to meet specific needs of prospective clients
- Preparing financial proposals
- Handling legal and financial due diligence processes
- Making submissions to and liaising with the relevant authorities for approvals
- Preparing Information/Placement Memorandum
- Preparing credit reports for underwriting of debt issues
- Working with Treasury team on underwriting/distribution of debt issues
- Managing legal documentation process and

compliance with all conditions precedent
- Liaising with Agency Unit on pre and post issue administration and agency functions
- Requirements

**Requirements**:
Bachelor Degree - At least a Bachelor degree in Finance, Banking or related disciplines.
- Preferably with 2 years working experience in debt capital markets or related fields.
- Good analytical, writing & communication skills
- Good debt capital market product knowledge
- Good team player and excellent interpersonal skills.
