**Primary Objective**:

- Supporting proposition squads on operational matters, including finance, legal & documentation, compliance
- Provide good business support to manage risk & compliance, ISO and business development
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless business performance
- Execute required operational task and provide operational expertise to teams
- Execution of client’s instructions in respect of the trust fund are carried out in accordance with the trust deed and other relevant documents

Uphold the interest of holders/beneficiaries at all times.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and authorizing the operational matters of real estate investment trust (REIT) and corporate trust transactions including PDS, E-Money, custodian, escrow and etc.,
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to the client(s)
- Resource management; effective planning to ensure sufficient operational coverage
- Provide coverage in the absence of peer(s) as and when necessary
- Provide coaching / training to new staff to the team and ensure readiness with sufficient hands-on to the process.
- Perform verification on regulatory reports submitted by the Fund Manager
- Update any changes to the policies, guidelines, work processes, forms, documents etc to strengthen the monitoring and controls, smoothen the operational flows or improve the business support services and alignment to the relevant Group policies and guidelines.
- Initiate process automation and system enhancement with clearly and properly documented user requirements and system specifications, comprehensive and properly documented and signed off User Acceptance Tests (UAT).
- Liaise and maintain good relationship with all stakeholders in supporting the business units including but not limited to clients/ business partners, regulators, banks, brokers, custodians, solicitors, financial institutions, and other related parties.
- Closely engage with the superiors and promptly report / escalate and update on any irregularities, complaints, compliments, improvement actions/ projects initiated and completed etc, and submit timely periodical and/or ad-hoc reports and/or assignments required.
- Provide coverage in the absence of peer(s) within Trustees Operations as and when necessary.
- Ensure timely and organize documents filing of the team.
- Carry out system maintenance, enhancement and settings tasks
- Prepare various internal and external regulatory reporting
- Execute and verify instruction for trade transaction, instruction on corporate action, money market placements, income distribution notifications, instruction on fees, forex deal and unit cancellation payment transactions, where applicable, for REITs.
- Attend to all important meetings i.e. preliminary meeting, client meeting, site-visit and etc,
- Check and ensure all necessary forms and resolutions are in order and executed within the stipulated timeline
- Keep updated and prepare Operating Manual in timely manner
- Execute operational task that require functional expertise or skills
- Produce necessary output, in line with the objective of the team
- Provide feedback on key issues faced by both customers and teams.
- Any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
- Requirements

**Requirements**:
Bachelor Degree - Degree in Business, Finance, Accountancy or otherrelated fields
- Pleasant personality with excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills
- Able to work independently
- Able to work well in a team.
- 0 -5 years working experience in Trustee Company or capital market industry
- Real Estate Investment Trust experience is an added advantage
- Stakeholder management & engagement
- IT skills
- Regulatory understanding
- Expertise and capability of performing tasks relevant to the domain and delivering required output
- Good problem solving skills
- Ability to provide answers to impromptu questions
- Good communication skills (ability to communicate/collaborate with team members)
