**Responsibilities**:

- process customer order (All online platforms)
- inspect and update product information across all online platform
- handle customer queries and comments
- Edit product image
- Assist with administrative work
- Planning and scheduling of social media content
- Monitor the company's social media presence

**Requirements**:

- Any related Diploma or Higher Qualification
- Familiarity with various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shoppe, Lazada, TikTok) and their listing processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy.
- Proficiency in using product listing tools and software.
- Excellent written communication skills with a knack for crafting compelling product descriptions and titles.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as marketing, warehouse, and customer support.
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Work Location: Taman Puncak Jalil

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Puncak Jalil: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:
