**Job Title : Admin Assistant**

**Reporting to : Managing Director**

**Job Description & Responsibilities**:
- To provide general, specialized, confidential and time sensitive operational and administrative support in accurate and flexible manner.
- To provide and maintain full spectrum of secretarial and administration duties such as arranging meeting schedules, maintaining a proper filing system of documents, arrangement of appointments, travel arrangements, etc.
- To liaise professionally and strict confidentially with all levels of management, department and business associates.
- Perform analytical tasks or preparation of business proposals and reports.
- Undertake special projects (leading or supporting) on ad hoc basis, where you will work with colleagues from other departments.
- Minute general meetings and complete research as required on behalf of the MD.
- Ensure guests meeting with the MD are well taken care of and provide a service that is in line with the MD’s work habits and preferences.
**Job & Skill Requirements**:
- Required language (s): English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Required skill (s): Admin/Human Resources, Secretarial/Executive Personal Assistant.
- Leadership, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Well-developed presentation skills, including the ability to effectively deliver information internally and externally at all levels.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Familiar with manufacturing environments.
- Strong business development and negotiation skills.
- Proactive and detail oriented, with strong analytical, organizational and communication skills and a keen sense of urgency.
Possess own transport and willing to travel locally or oversea as and when required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
