**JOB PURPOSE**

Credit Admin Assistant has the responsibility over the following credit admin area:
a) Customer Master Database

b) Credit Review for Trade Customers

c) Reporting

and to perform other duties assigned by Credit Manager from time to time.
- The Credit Admin Assistant shall be coached and supervised by the Credit Admin Executive appointed to lead on daily standard operations matters of the section.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Built close inter-department relationship and provides prompt turn-around time on account opening to operations department so that orders can be put through timely.
- Act as the window and focal point of contact for customers or clients to enquire on master data status or maintenance or creation. Provide timely and appropriate response.
- Cultivate good relationship with customers. Provide clear information on required documents and information for account opening and credit assessment. Subsequently inform customer of the newly opened account number, and or credit facility granted.
- The custodian of the Customer Database and as such at all-time shall ensure data integrity and safe keeping of data (hardcopies and system data)
- The in-charged person assigned to monitor credit securities is to ensure replacement received prior or on expired date of the securities. Securities must be safe keep.
- Perform credit review (ad-hoc and annual) as requested by managers from time to time.
- Involve in new business accounts mapping, accounts opening and integration.
- Reporting : generate and prepare scheduled reports or ad-hoc reports.
- Filing : at all times, shall ensure all customers database, in system and in hard copy are in safe-keep and lock to be in compliance with Personal Data Protection Act 2010, and easy retrieval for audit.
- Non
- standard procedures must be escalated to immediate manager before proceeding.
- Participate or support projects rolled out within department or in cross-functional projects.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- At least 2 years experience in related industry.
- Knowledge of interpreting Aging Report

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bukit Jelutong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
