**Based at HQ, Mercu Worldwide, Seksyen 13 Shah Alam**
- Ensure targeted annual sales target is met via execution of Sales & Purchase Agreement (S&P), Deed of Mutual Agreement (DMC) and Notice of Assignment (DOA) for on-going project.
- Attend to purchasers and handle queries or correspondences pertaining to sales administration matters.
- To maintain an appropriate filing system of purchaser's records and documents, as well as to provide administrative duties and sales function.
- Attend to matters related to sub-sale, auction and re-financing include Perfection of Transfer.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum Diploma in Property / Property Development / Business Administration or related field.
- Familiar with Sales Admin structure workflow, credit control & related jobs.
- Good in liaise negotiation, manage communication with customers, lawyer, and respective department.
- Computer literate with Microsoft Word, Excel Spreadsheet and Power Point.
- Good in handling Property Systems, such as IFCA and E- Tanah.
- Independent and self-motivated.
- Liaise with Credit Department internally for issuance on invoice / receipts, billing, and other administrative coordination.
- Cooperative, good attitude and teamwork spirit.
