General Admin

General admin in sales, operations, and HR plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations across these departments, providing support to various teams and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
**Sales**:
- Assist in managing sales documentation, such as contracts, agreements, quotations and Invoices.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers.
- Maintain sales records and reports, including updating customer databases and sales performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support sales efforts through promotional activities or events.
**Finance**:
- Assist to monitor and track A/R and A/P. Coordinate with Head of Finance on monthly reporting.
**Operations**:
- Support day-to-day operations by managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Maintain organizational systems and databases to ensure efficient workflow.
- Assist in implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
**HR**:
- Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Assist in maintaining employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate training and development activities for employees.
- Assist in administering employee benefits and payroll processes.
- Handle inquiries from employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
**Preferred Qualifications, Experience and Skills**
- Minimum Degree holder.
- Two (2) years' experience as a secretary or office administrator. Ideally with sales admin support background.
- Good with computers, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good with numbers
- Proficiency in spoken and written English required
- Proficiency in spoken Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese, etc.), spoken and written Malay highly desirable
