**Sales Admin Assistant / Executive**
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and coordinate the signing of all relevant legal documentations.
- Liaison with purchasers, olicitors, end-financier and other stakeholders to ensure smooth Sales Administration operations.
- Update records, prepare reports and ensure proper and effective filing system.
- Assist sales team in preparation and checking of sales documentations.
- Monitor and update sales team on the sales documentation progress/status & ensure all payment due are duly collected.
- Provide general support to Sales Department in sales inquiries, sales administrative function and sales launches as and when required.
- Prepare handing over of VP documents and coordinating a smooth process with project department in handling of keys to purchasers.
- Handle and assist purchasers’ complaint during Defect Liability Period (DLP).
- Any other ad-hoc assignment from time to time.
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma / Degree in any field.
- Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Word, knowledge of Property Developer System software.
- Required langauge(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin & etc
- Attention to details with high level of accuracy.
- Position is available in Shah Alam.
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
