Admin Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide general administrative support including manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and document preparation.
- Oversee office supplies and inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
- Serve as the point of contact for IT-related issues, liaising with the IT department for troubleshooting and support.
- Review and verify utility bills for accuracy and process them for payment.
- Maintain a comprehensive record of company fixed assets, including furniture, equipment, and vehicles.
- Coordinate insurance and maintenance for company cars and lorries, ensuring they are roadworthy and adequately insured.
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodation, and transportation for the Director and other team members as needed.
- Assist in project management tasks, including tracking progress, preparing reports, and organizing meetings.
- Oversee and renew insurance coverage for fixed assets, equipment, and other company assets.
**Job Requirement**:
- Possess a **Bachelor Degree and above** in any industry.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Eye for details & produce work with accuracy and able to meet deadlines.
- **Mature and able to handle confidential information.**:

- **Willing to work in Eco Businesss Park V Puncak Alam**:
- **Able to work 5.5 days**:
- Experience in using Autocount is an advantage.
