1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience performing BA functions for large scale program or initiatives in Multi National Company (MNC) 2. Demonstrate good understanding of risk management process (gross vs residual risk management), risk mitigations and facilitate risk challenge sessions. 3. Able to coordinate extensive business transformation projects in SEA 4. Able to conduct and monitor series of change management initiatives for business users 5. Able to manage cross-functional team of technical consultants and business users during project phase. 6. Able to conduct and facilitate daily stand-up meetings in physical or virtual mode (for example, Microsoft Teams) 7. Able to design and develop program and project level risk, issues management reporting/score cards that are relevant for senior management 8. Able to produce program level and project level status reports for stakeholders and management level 9. Setup and monitor risk and issue for the program and across all projects 10. Broad knowledge in best practice process framework (CMMI, ITIL, DevOps, Scrum, LEAN Ent, MVP 11. Familiar with most Microsoft Office Tools platform 12. Provide project level analysis - producing required project analysis documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan) 13. Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process 14. Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive) 15. Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements 16. Assess business process and system inefficiencies 17. Identify ways to increase adoption and customer satisfaction 18. Demonstrated fluency in business processes and process differentiation 19. Ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes 20. Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders 21. Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and Project Team to assist or gather business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement and implementations
