- _Conduction comm > RM42 to 67 per hour_
- _Sales comm > 6% to 10% of Total Sales Amount_

- _**Growth in Fitness Trainer Grade **:_Fitness Coach (rookie period) > Fitness Trainer(Level 1) > Advance Trainer (Level 2) > Elite Trainer (Level 3) > Master Trainer (Level 3)_

(Basic Salary increments as you level up in your trainer grade based on Education points and Total Conduction hours at Elite and Master Level.
