Involve in tendering but not limited to request quotation from suppliers and Subcon estimation of cost and sources
- Prepare progress claim, final measurement, variation order, Change of order for submission
- Attending site visits, site progress meeting, site valuation
- Liaise with Subcon, Consultant and Client
- Prepare budget and Financial forecast for every project
- Able to read drawings/Plans
- Monitor extension of time and insurance of project
- Reporting to project manager and undertake all duties instructed by Project Manager
- Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
- Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.
- Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
- Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
- Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
- Traveling from the office to various sites as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,900.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
