Senior Business Development Manager

Seratech Resources (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly skilled Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
Key Responsibilities- Account Management: Develop positive relationships with customers, manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success, and ensure sales increase.
- New Business Development: Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks, prepare quotations for customers, including pricing negotiations, and analyze and propose alternatives to customers.
- Communication: Meet with developers, architects, and QS to do specifications, report on the status of accounts and transactions, and set and track sales account targets aligned with company objectives.
- Qualifications: Minimum 2 years working experience in the related field, minimum SPM/Diploma in a related field, and hands-on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
- Skills: Good communication and negotiation skills, result-oriented, aggressive, and self-motivated, mature, committed, responsible, and reliable, and an ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
- Preference: Preference will be given to those with experience in the building materials industry, fluent in English and Bahasa, and possess own transport.
