**Responsibilities**:

- Provide first-level technical support in Japanese.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues.
- Accurately document technical issues and resolutions.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.
- Assist with software setup, installation, and configuration.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate to improve processes.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in Japanese Or Korean (written and spoken).
- Minimum 1 year of technical support experience.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Technical knowledge of software and computer systems.

Pay: RM7,800.00 - RM8,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
