Secretary to CEO

**A. Duties and Responsibilities**
- Perform secretarial/personal assistant/administrative duties to support CEO
- Manage calendars, schedules, conference calls, meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
- To organise business lunches, dinners with business associates
- Taking minutes and summary of meetings
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Manage office administrations
**B. Skills**
- Must be an excellent communicator in both written and verbal disciplines, with excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Must be proficient in English, bilingual is preferred.
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to perform and prioritise multiple tasks efficiently
- Discretion and trustworthiness in handling sensitive and confidential information
- Efficient, flexible, cautious and able to adapt in different environment
- Positive, proactive, take initiative, good co-ordination skill, possess tact and diplomacy
**C. Qualifications**
- At least 2 years of experience in the related field
- Diploma/Certificate in Secretary or related field
- Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, Powerpoint, Excel
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
