Job Description : To implement Human Resource procedures / policies and oversee the overall Human Resource, Admin. & Account functions for the company. To handle staff disciplinary, counselling and grievances, as well as other employee relation matters. Manage and monitor payroll administration to ensure accuracy of monthly salary payment as well as all statutory requirements are met and compiled with. Responsible on employee’s performance appraisal and KPI. Perform ad-hoc or any other tasks assigned by Management from time to time Oversee bank reconciliation and monitor daily bank transactions. Performing day to day accounting operations especially Account Payable part. Responsible to liaise with banker, auditor, company secretary, tax agents and other statutory bodies. Requirements : Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management/Accounting or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experiences. Positive attitude. Good command in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English Good communication skill and problem-solving skill. Computer knowledge - good in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
