Human Resource Account Assistant Manager

To implement Human Resource procedures / policies and oversee the overall Human Resource, Admin. & Account functions for the company.
- To handle staff disciplinary, counselling and grievances, as well as other employee relation matters.
- Manage and monitor payroll administration to ensure accuracy of monthly salary payment as well as all statutory requirements are met and compiled with.
- Responsible on employee’s performance appraisal and KPI.
- Perform ad-hoc or any other tasks assigned by Management from time to time
- Oversee bank reconciliation and monitor daily bank transactions.
- Performing day to day accounting operations especially Account Payable part.
- Responsible to liaise with banker, auditor, company secretary, tax agents and other statutory bodies.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management/Accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experiences.
- Positive attitude.
- Good command in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English
- Good communication skill and problem-solving skill.
- Computer knowledge - good in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
