**Job Responsibility**
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions and general office administration.
- Manage full spectrum of HR duties including end-to-end recruitment process, maintaining personnel files, leave records, payroll information, statutory contribution and deduction (KWSP, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRD Corp), employee benefit and welfare.
- Familiar with the process of foreign worker. Example advertisement thru SOCSO, QUOTA, Interview arrangement, Visa Application n etc.
- Understand the training needs of employees of various positions throughout the organization, proposing and coordinating training and development programs, including programs under the government-mandated HRDF.
- Manage administration task including Expatriate, Bomba, Sodium Hydroxide, inspection and renewal for company lorry.
- Familiar with HACCP, ISO 22000, Food Handling and Typhoid injection.
- Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Maintain company organization charts and employee directory.
- Perform other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
- Provide support and guidance to HR staff.

**Competency Requirements**:

- Possess at least Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in HR field and minimum 3 years in managerial roles
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices, employee relations, and preparation of HR Policy drafting and procedure.
- Knowledge in Employment Act 1995, Labour Law.
- Positive thinking and always seek for improvement.

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
