**Experience: 3-5 years of experience in HR (IR/ER)**
- Report to superior for Industrial Relation/Employee Relation matters.
- Responsible to coordinate the disciplinary actions and process involved staff within company.
- Prepare disciplinary process related letters/documents.
- Conduct internal investigation, counselling session and Domestic Inquiry when needed.
- As company representative at Labour Office and Industrial Relation Office when required.
- Plan and coordinate employee activity to cultivate motivation and promote relationship among the staff.
- Prepare and analyses report and recommends possible solution to management.
- Consults with Labor Office regarding staff’s salary, overtime, public holiday rate and misconduct of a staff
- Attending Police Case, JPP Case, JTK Case and Court cases involving employee.
- Handles Exit Interview and Company Property clearance following the Exit Policy.
- Coordinates training/workshops on a safe & respectful workplace, compliance, harassment, and working closely with all stakeholders to review and provide IR & policy guidance.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
