Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job positions, resume screening, scheduling interviews and facilitating new hire orientation.
- Coordinate employee benefits enrolment and answer employee inquiries benefit, policies and procedures
- Handle Foreign worker administration & welfare
- In charge employee engagement
- Prepare weekly recruitment report

Training & Development
- Able to conduct orientation effectively either to locals or foreign workers effectively
- Able to assist in analysing the HR development needs through the Training needs analysis and develop plans
- Manage HRDF submission & claim

Other
- Manage Exits interview process
- Prepare yearly Salary Benchmarking

Requirement
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in equivalent major
- 5 years of experience handling Recruitment
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Well verse in Malaysia Employment Act 1955.
- Experience in IR matters is an added advantage.
- Uphold integrity, confidentiality, conscientious, and act with professionalism.
- Team player, motivated and independent.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
