HR Executive

**Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.**:
- Collaborate with the Business Unit’s Resource Team on the daily resource management’s operational duties.
- **Provide strategic advice to management and functional leaders on HR related matters.**:
- Review HR policies & processes and ensure compliance to statutory requirement.
- **Liaise with recruitment vendors and agencies to fulfil manpower placements in a timely manner.**:
- Conduct orientation and on-boarding of new joiners.
- **Manage off-boarding processes, exit interviews and clearance.**:
- Administer and effectively implement the processes for disciplinary, grievance handling and termination/exit clearance, to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- **Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support.**:
- Manage performance appraisal cycles, grievances, and performance related issues
- . **Ensure accuracy in the maintenance of manpower records in the system.**:
- Prepare monthly reports and recruitment statistics to Management.
- **Verify and process invoices for all contract manpower.**:
- Support in learning & development administration / coordination.
- **Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned.**
- Diploma in Business Administration, Business Studies or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Prior experience in learning and development is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be detailed, accurate and meticulous.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- Self-motivated. proactive and independent
**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

- Human Resources: 2 years (preferred)
- Human Resources Management: 1 year (preferred)
