**Job Scope**:

- Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resources & Administration functions
- To review and improve policies and employee handbooks.
- Standardize HR forms and processes.
- Annual Training Plan and Staffing Plan.
- Coordinate and organize company events
- Oversee recruitment, training, career development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, industrial relations, employment law, compliance, disciplinary and grievance issues, redundancies etc.
- Keeping up to date with employment/ labour law, liaise with relevant government authorities on matters pertaining to HR.
- Liaise with relevant government authorities on matters pertaining to HR.
- Review and ensure all employees monthly payroll are executed in a timely manner (including all payment and reduction being carried out).
- Advising on pay and other issues, including promotion and benefits; administer payroll and maintain staff.
- Oversee the records of personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews and terminations for position manager & above.
- Ensuring all payroll statutory payments (EPF, Socso, and EIS), HRDF are timely and accurately prepared, authorized, submitted and recorded.
- Interpreting and advising on employment legislation; develop and implement policies on a variety of workplace issues eg disciplinary procedures, absence management, working conditions, performance management and equal opportunities
- Analysing training needs in conjunction with line managers; planning and delivering training.
- Prepare company yearly budgets and forecasts.
- Responsible for the review, development and implementation of systems, procedures and processes to improve the operational efficiency of the HR & Administration Department and ensure compliance to company policies and practices.
- Oversee and monitor full spectrum of office administration matters.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.
- At least 5 years’ experience in handling a full spectrum of HR function.
