Human Resource Executive

Handle the overall human resource function and office general administration.
- Assist in handling performance improvement plan and industrial relation cases.
- Perform any other task and responsibilities as assigned by immediate superior or management from time to time.
- Maintaining staff attendance, annual leave & M.C. records
- Responsible for preparing Employment Offer Letter & all other related HR letters.
- Ensure compliance of Labour Act, Industrial Relation Act, HRD Corp and Local authority requirements.
- Renewal of foreign worker's permit/special pass & all matter related to foreign worker's employment.
- Developing and producing key human resource information and reports. Handling staffing issues either by counselling or implementing disciplinary action, termination and other employee related matters in compliance with Labour law.
Skill & requirement
**- **Possess at least SPM/STPM/Professional Certificate/Diploma/Banking/LCCI Diploma or other equivalent
**- **Minimum 2 years of working experience in related fields is added advantage
**- **Required Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
**- **Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel
**- **Able to work independently with minimum supervision
**- **Good communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
