Human Resource Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Assist in attendance system, leave, advance, allowance
Monitor hostel for foreign and local workers such as cleanliness and renew license.
arrange for fomema, renewal permit, bank account opening
Input, update and maintain HR database while ensuring data accuracy
Handling full recruitment process
Ensure compliance of the legal requirement affecting human resource function (e.g Employment Act, Industrial Relation Act, Government Statutory etc.
Handle inquiries on disciplinary issues, staff grievances, and labour disputes.
Work closely with Head of Department with respect to disciplinary action required, including preparation of documents, investigation of any misconduct, issuance of reprimand letters, scheduling hearings, and attendance at hearings.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Able to work independently, aggressive and is a highly self-motivated individual commitment
Good command of written and spoken in English, Bahasa Malaysia
Computer knowledge of MS Word & MS Excel
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Prefer male worker

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
