Job Description:
1)Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.

2)Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team, setting clear goals and performance expectations.

3)Monitor and analyze sales metrics and KPIs to make data-driven decisions.

4)Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement within the sales team.

5)Identify and pursue new business opportunities, market and partnerships.

6)Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects. builder and real estate professionals.

7)Collaborate with marketing to create effective lead generation and branding strategies.

8)Understand clients' interior design needs and preferences to offer tailored

solutions.

9)Oversee the development of proposals, quotes, and contracts.

10)Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving any issues promptly.

11)Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless project handoffs.

12)Participate in project kick-off meetings to align on client expectations and design concepts.

13)Monitor project progress and address any client concerns or changes.

14)Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

15)Use market insights to adapt the sales strategy and identify potential growth areas.

16)Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management.

17)Manage the sales budget effectively, optimizing resource allocation for maximum ROI.

18)Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and ethical standards.

19)Promote a culture of ethical behavior and integrity within the sales team.

**Requirements**:
1)Ability to work on Saturday & Sunday for this position.

2)Significant experience in sales and business development, preferably in the interior design industry.

3)In-depth knowledge of the interior design industry, including trends, materials, and competitors.

4)Familiarity with the specific needs and preferences of clients in the interior design field.

Working Days: Saturday - Wednesday and Thursday (Half day)

Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
