Trainer Barista

Requirements

*Min Certificate related to Food & Beverage
*Always punctual and good attendance record
*Able to work flexible hours which includes early morning, evening, weekend &
Public Holidays
*Able to multitask during each shift and can work in KL /PJ and Selangor area
*Min 1 Year working experience as a frontline/ Barista.
*Pure knowledge about coffee, measuring a coffee and be a coffee tester
*Knowledge on how to use the coffee machine

Responsibility

*Trainer is responsible for assisting in implement of curriculum to our staff,
preparing all drink follow standard company and assisting in customer services
including all aspect of Front Liner section:
*Provide training excellent customer services to our staff while educating the staff
about our product and mission

*Ensure consistently our staff to serves customer high quality services, hand crafted
beverage and frapped drink

*Ability to appropriately handle issue associated with the operation including
customer services, cash handling, cash register system, and stocking of supplies
with mínimal direct supervision

*Ability to perform and coordinate the training to ensure proper functioning when
operating under condition of staff shortage

*Strong communication and partnership with manager in staff behavior and
performance issue
