Job Responsibilities:

- To manage full spectrum of HR functions across organization covering talent acquisition, employment relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, payroll, industrial relations and general affairs and administration.
- To lead, develop and implement continuous improvement of HR policies and standards.
- To provide current and prospective employees with information about company policies, job responsibilities, working conditions, wages, benefits, and opportunities for promotion.
- To prepare necessary HR correspondence such as Employment Letter, Confirmation Letter, disciplinary letters (e.g. show-cause letter, warning letter, etc.).
- To monitor recruitment process, as well as arrange and conduct interviews for potential employees.
- To process of monthly staff payroll in an accurate and timely manner.
- To analyze and modify compensation and employee benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure full compliance with legal requirements.
- To perform any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

- At least 5 years of working experience in HR field.
- Professional working experience within the manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Well-versed in the Employment Act with good knowledge of prevailing HR practice.
- Able to work independently and self-motivated as well as contributing as part of a team.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
