Job Requirements:

- Diploma or Degree, in Architecture/ Interior Design or equivalent
- 3D Max, Autodesk AutoCAD, Ai, sketchup, Intericad
- Highly creative, imaginative and artistic
- Excellent communication skills, especially in regard to communicating an artistic vision
- Experience working on the initial project design with a team with a positive attitude, pleasant personality, good interpersonal and communication skills and willing to learn
- At least 1 year of working experiences in the related field
- Applicants must be willing to work in Cheras Traders Square. Balakong
- (1) Basic Salary /Commission rate up to monthly RM6,000 and above..

(2) Commission based rate + Incentive. income can be reach up to RM10,000.00 and above
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.

**Responsibilities**:

- Carry out design concepts and details, 3D perspectives, layout plans and knowledge in residential and commercial projects.
- Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, plumbing fixtures & etc
- To ensure design and renovation targets for clients are met
- Carry out ad-hoc duties / task when requested by management
- Independent and punctual
