**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Issue Invoice to all customers
- Verifying Purchase Orders against pricing for each customers, before proceed to do invoices.
- Responsible to manage B2B portal for all daily Purchase Orders, Outright Invoices and Credit Note for all customers.
- Provide support for other departments within the company such as sales, departments, logistics, marketing and production.
- Main contact person for customers to refer status of ordering and confirmation of invoices.
- Participate in any events under marketing as cashier in handling customers payment.
- Reconcile sales and payment for any events.

Other duties and responsibilities include:

- Bookkeeping and general accounting
- Creating and maintaining excel spreadsheets
- Performing clerical work and interoffice support including receiving and processing mail
- Invoicing and reconciliation for varying departments

**EDUCATION**
- STM/STPM
- Diploma

**REQUIREMENT**
- Excel in accounting software, spreadsheets, and other financial tools.
- Experience Clerk: 1 year

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
