**Requirements**

Ø Familiar with Microsoft Office (Words/Excel/Power Point)

Ø Knowledge full set of account

Ø Able to work independently effectively with minimum supervision

Ø Minimum 1 years of working experience in related field

Ø Familiar with UBS system, computer literate and good interpersonal

Ø Good spoken and written in English & Bahasa Melayu

Ø Handle general administration & clerical duties to support overall administration.

Ø To prepare reports, letters and document related to administration

Ø Willing to work outside as send document or foreign worker to factory/Office or Klinik/Hospital

Ø Undertake other related jobs as directed by superior from time to time

Ø Handle full set of accounts including preparation of management report

Ø Support Supervisor on daily accounting function

Ø Liaise with external auditor, tax agent and government authorities

Working hours - Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm

Saturday 9.00am to 1.00pm

**Salary**: RM1,300.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
