**Position Purpose and Nature**:
1) Managing and coordinating all scopes of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) of Daya Bersih Sdn. Bhd.’s sales and marketing activities including all activities and resources in the business development department.

2) Developing the sales and marketing strategies and plans to meet the company’s objectives and business targets.

**Key Accountability and Duties**:
1. Establish sales and marketing strategies that maximize the profit of the company according to the Business Strategies and/or Plans.

2. Oversee current offerings and projects and also come up with initiatives for new services, packages, and/or products.

3. Conduct relevant market research that leads to the development of IFM business pipelines.

4. Do and analyze market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form sales and marketing strategies.

5. Works with the business development team to develop detailed sales and marketing plans for all media channels and sales.

6. Planning, approving, and overseeing the creative development of promotional materials, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects or strategies.

7. Identifying and meeting potential clients and providing in-depth information on IFM.

8. Building strategic relationships by setting up site surveys that lead to proposal presentations to secure contracts through effective engagement and negotiations with potential clients and agencies.

9. Preparing and presenting sales and marketing plans and reports on a regular basis.

10. Works within the department budget to develop cost-effective sales and marketing plans and/or strategies and written reports for all activities of sales and marketing.

11. Preparing sales and marketing reports to be submitted to the CEO/GM every month or when required.

12. Comply with all company policies and procedures and adhere to company standards based on the existing certification.

13. Performed any kind or any other task as assigned by the CEO and the Management of Daya Bersih Sdn Bhd from time to time.

**General Qualification Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, Business Studies, or equivalent or at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably from a relevant industry.
- Knowledge of principles and methods for showcasing, promoting, and selling services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with a range of audiences from across a number of disciplines.
- Must be familiar with Windows and MS Office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
