Inventory Controller

Monitor and control stock inventory according to company guidelines
- Ensure and maintain stock and record are aligned at all system locations (Ex: TN1, DTN, QTN and etc)
- Perform stock reconciliation daily by investigate and troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records at all system locations
- Coordinate stock control operations with warehouse staff, sales, marketing and finance department.
- Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers, adjustment, write-off between LFF, LFB and TN
- Perform inventory related transaction including SKU creation, vendor creation, transfer, adjustment, write-off, bill driver, return stock
- To liaise closely with warehouse and TN team on inventory transactions (Ex: Write-off, Bill Driver, Return Stock)
- Prepare and generate reports by weekly and monthly (Ex: Flag report, Q-stock report, TLC report, DTN report and ad-hoc report)
- To liaise closely with product team, LFB team and warehouse team on claim issue (Ex: Physical no stock, Damage, Lost and etc)
- Conduct stock counts for all items annually
- Assists on halal audit by preparing GMP and other documents (Ex: Halal SOP's and form), to enforce execution of Halal SOP's in the outlet
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
**Job Requirement**:
- Minimum Degree qualification
- At least 2 years of working experience in inventory control.
- Emotionally intelligent, carries high integrity and protects confidentiality of Directors company and personal matters.
- Positive attitude, pleasant, hardworking, trustworthy and matured and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Ability to outperform on all tasks and responsibilities
- Flexible and ability to adapt and adopt to company’s values and culture, as well as fast changes within the company.
- Thrive in a fast pace environment and ability to complete tasks, assignments and company goals in the shortest time frame.

- Willing to travel outstation and overseas as and when required.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
