Job Description& Job Requirements of Marketing Executive Position

Assist in the development of both online & offline marketing and promotional activities

Manage the execution of both online & office marketing strategies, based on objectives, action plan and budget. This needs to complement retail, social media and public relations strategies and activities.

Utilize relevant social media techniques to improve company brands and products visibly online.

Creative copy writing and content creation for brand and product related marketing materials and social media.

Manage marketing administrative work.

Proofreading copy, liaising with designers and printers.

Coordinate with 3rd party agencies, and suppliers.

Assist in organizing and attend events; prepare press kit.

Build and maintain media relationships. Disseminate press releases to media.

Prepare marketing monthly report and media coverage compilation.

Competitive analysis when required to identify potential opportunities or competitors.

Responsible for helping organizations prepare and evaluate bids and tenders for valuable contracts.

Involved, analyze requirements of a tender and monitor the submission of bids and ensure they are accurately completed and meet the requirements of the tendering process.
- Fair knowledge in managing social media.
- Ability to work independently with self-motivation and high diligence and team spirit.
- Initiative, creative, responsible, able to multi-task and well organized.
- Required languages: English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good MS Office skill, Internet savvy, marketing related apps.
- At least 5 years of working experience in Marketing or related filed is required.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
